Similarly, we believe we feed our booch with not only high quality hand-picked ingredients, but we also know we speak an energy of love to each batch.  Our mission is to share a gift that Mother Nature provides fruitfully when carefully nurtured.

Our kombucha is hand-crafted in small batches and infused with healthy fresh ingredients. We use certified organic loose leaf tea, organic evaporated vegan cane juice, and organically grown, locally-sourced ingredients.

Our favorite part is when we can personally harvest the fruit that goes in the batches! (See our gallery.)

Additionally, we take pride in our natural bottle conditioning process (we do NOT use taps/force carbonate).  We leave it all to Pacha Mama!

Brewing Life Kombucha is excited to share the creative collaboration of a couple with culinary and mixology experience. The family-owned, artisanal drink is a twist from the traditional kombuchas found in Miami. Our intention has been to produce a friendly kombucha beverage that is low in sugar but high in flavor and health. We want you to refreshingly enjoy your probiotic and be able to realistically incorporate it to your lifestyle - not be left behind with mixed feelings about it. We pride ourselves in highly quality ingredients that help produce healthy cultures, without overwhelming the product with sugar. Daniel aka The Sauce Boss

Daniel Seaburg, a New York native, was introduced to the hospitality industry as a 14 year old dishwasher at a NY Country Club. After completing his studies in Culinary Arts, he continued to develop his career as a professional chef in South Florida working under inspiring chefs, developing his career as a Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in well known restaurants in Miami such as Oceanaire, Sugar Factory, the Villa at the Versace Mansion, Barton G and Juvia. Daniel began home beer brewing as a hobby and not long after, he was introduced to kombucha while living the usual chef life - comprised of long hours and a poor diet. After experiencing the powerful benefits on his health he was eager to combine all his passions and his extensive culinary experience to share health. Today he is happy to craft each batch with loving energy, while using his extensive skills when creating booch brews and exciting new recipes.

Erika aka Operations Boss Lady

Erika Acosta, M.S.  born in Ecuador, is a psychotherapist and registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). She was introduced to kombucha while completing her yoga studies in India and since experiencing its immune boosting properties she has forever turned to nature's healing wisdom. Prior to her backpacking pilgrimage in Asia, growing up in Miami Beach, she was introduced to the F&B industry at 17 years old. She was fortunate to work along inspiring mixologists for the next ten years in high end properties such as Juvia, the Setai Lobby Bar, and Shore Club - initiating her love for creating elixirs. Erika provides her experiences in handcrafting flavorful concoctions and her love for sharing mind and body wellness with others. Like yoga, her love for mental health and physical wellness are merged when educating others and sharing the booch.
